Motherhood
From my own personal experiences and lessons I’ve learned along the way; to valuable information, products and websites that I recommend for parenting help and learning support.

The Truth
Parenthood is one of the most wonderful things that you can experience, but it’s not always easy! From breastfeeding (or not!) to sleepless nights; ‘Baby Blues’ to PND, there is so much involved in parenting that no-one can really prepare you for. What we can do is be honest about our experiences and let other mums know they are not alone.
I had my first child at the age of 30, born 5 weeks early due to Pre-eclampsia. After the birth of my second (14 months later) I was diagnosed with PND, I didn’t find Motherhood easy at all, I felt so alone. Baby number 3, came along 7 years later, being a ‘mature’ mother brought it’s own trials. Here I share my experiences and what I’ve learnt along the way.
